Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-powered systems and workflows.
Develop and implement AI operational strategies that align with business goals and organizational objectives.
Monitor AI model performance, accuracy, reliability, and efficiency, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver AI initiatives.
Establish governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for responsible AI usage, compliance, and risk management.
Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency through AI technologies.
Manage AI project lifecycles, including planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Analyze operational metrics and generate reports to measure AI effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
Ensure data quality, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across AI systems and processes.
Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate third-party AI tools, platforms, and service providers.
Drive user adoption by developing training programs, documentation, and change management initiatives.
Troubleshoot operational issues, coordinate incident response, and implement corrective actions to maintain service continuity.
Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to support innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage budgets, resources, and operational priorities for AI initiatives and infrastructure.
Collaborate with leadership to define AI roadmaps, performance objectives, and long-term strategic plans.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
7 years of experience in operations management, technology management, AI/ML operations, or a related role.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and data-driven business processes.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proficiency with AI platforms, analytics tools, workflow automation solutions, and project management software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience developing operational processes, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Experience implementing and scaling AI solutions in business environments.
Familiarity with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and AI lifecycle management.
Professional certifications in AI, project management, data analytics, or cloud technologies.
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
Understanding of generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation tools.
Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and business value through technology initiatives.

Working hours:
Saturday through Thursday – 8 am to 6 pm Bangladesh Time (including lunchtime).
